    What’s Included in Your Treatment

    • Includes comprehensive X-rays and 3D imaging
    • Up to 6 dental implants will be placed
    • Extraction of any necessary teeth will be performed
    • Sedation will be provided for a more comfortable procedure
    • Bone grafting and healing membranes
    • Implant placement
    • Provisional teeth for the initial 6-12 months
    • Permanent zirconia or porcelain teeth
    In order to confirm your surgery date, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining co-pay must be paid in full one week prior to your procedure. Payment must be made before the beginning of each treatment phase. The total cost is $18,000 for surgery and temporary teeth, and $5,000 for final zirconia/porcelain teeth.
