Am I a candidate?
Yes, in many situations, even if you have been informed that you do not have sufficient bone for dental implants, the All-On-4 technique may still be an option. This method involves using a combination of straight and angled implants to utilize the areas of dense bone and avoid the sinuses. This can often eliminate the necessity for complicated and expensive bone grafts or sinus augmentation procedures. Your doctor at Best Smiles Family & Implant Dentist will assess your oral health during a complimentary consultation to determine if the All-On-4 "Teeth in a Day" solution is suitable for you.

All-On-4 Procedure Timeline
The entire process usually takes between 4 to 6 hours, depending on whether one or both arches (upper and lower) are being treated. Following the procedure, temporary bridges will be attached to the new implants. These temporary bridges are worn for approximately 4 months to allow for proper healing and integration of the implants with the bone. This healing period is crucial for ensuring the best fit for your final bridges. Once the healing process is finished, the fabrication of your permanent bridges will begin. This process involves several appointments over a period of 5 to 6 weeks to design and customize your perfect smile.
