Am I a candidate?
Yes, in certain situations, if you have been told that you do not have enough bone for dental implants, the All-On-4 technique could still be a viable choice. This approach involves using a mix of straight and angled implants to make use of areas with good bone density and steer clear of the sinuses. This can often eliminate the need for complex and costly bone grafts or sinus augmentation procedures. Your dentist at Best Smiles will evaluate your oral health during a free consultation to decide if the All-On-4 "Teeth in a Day" solution is right for you.

All-On-4 Procedure Timeline
The duration of the process typically ranges from 4 to 6 hours, depending on whether treatment is being done on one or both arches. Temporary bridges will be placed on the new implants immediately after the procedure and worn for approximately 4 months to facilitate proper healing and fusion with the bone. This healing phase is essential for achieving the optimal fit for your final bridges. Once the healing is finished, the production of your permanent bridges will commence. This will entail multiple appointments spread out over 5 to 6 weeks to create and personalize your desired smile.
