Best Smiles, a leading provider of comprehensive dental care in Staples Mill, North Side, South Richmond and Chester, is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Manager. We’re located at Staples Mill, North Side, South Richmond, and Chester. Pay is negotiable based on experience. We offer competitive compensation based on experience and a chance to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Our practice performs a wide variety of procedures, so a willingness to learn is a plus!

Core Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and ensure a positive experience for all patients.
• Handle insurance verification, process claims, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, manage payroll, and prepare financial reports.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
• Effectively communicate with patients, staff, and insurance companies.
• Utilize dental practice management software and other relevant technology.
