Once your healing process is complete, we will craft your final teeth using zirconia, a durable and stain-resistant material that offers a more natural appearance than the acrylic denture teeth typically used.       All-On-4 Procedure Timeline

      The entire process typically lasts 4 to 6 hours, depending on whether one or both arches are being treated. Temporary bridges will be attached to the new implants after the procedure, and these will be worn for about 4 months to allow for proper healing and integration with the bone. This healing period is essential for ensuring the best fit for your final bridges. Once the healing is complete, the fabrication of your permanent bridges will start. This process will require several appointments over 5 to 6 weeks to design and customize your ideal smile.

      Mouth Impressions

      The impressions obtained in the laboratory are utilized to fabricate your provisional implant bridge(s). In cases where multiple teeth are missing in the affected area, your dentist may suggest a wax try-in. This method enables evaluation of your bite, aesthetics, and comfort prior to the completion of the provisional bridge.

      Procedure

      The process involves tooth extraction (if necessary), placing the implant, and fitting interim implant bridges. Typically, this procedure takes between 4 and 7 hours.

      Post Op #1

      Please closely monitor your healing progress after following the procedure and do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.

      Post Op #2

      At your follow-up appointment around three weeks after the procedure, your sutures will be removed and your healing progress will be evaluated. Many patients are usually cleared to begin using a water flosser or WaterPik for better oral hygiene at this point.

      Impressions for final teeth

      These are typically taken around four months after the procedure.

      Try in

      After taking the impressions, you can expect to receive a wax mock-up of your final teeth within 5 to 10 days. Additional wax try-ins may be necessary to ensure your satisfaction. Please make any necessary adjustments during this stage, as changes cannot be made once the final bridges are made. Any modifications requested after approval and fabrication will result in a full-cost remake.

      Seat final teeth

      Once the wax try-in(s) are approved, it typically takes 4 to 6 weeks to create and place your permanent bridge or bridges.
